Summary: Because production values can be a b*tch and a half, you cannot always have your plotlines go as they should. Hence, we got a yeti film that's nowhere near the Himalayas, but rather the land of maple syrup and legitimately decent healthcare. But hey, you can't call it a bigfoot, otherwise it's just like all the others.

History: Somewhere in Canada where the skiing is a tourist attraction, something is picking off anyone who dares enter. The culprit is a Yeti that somehow got there, and it has eluded capture for some time. And for a few people visiting, that's some instant death waiting to happen.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After killing all but two, the snowbeast fails to notice a person shooting a flare gun at the nearby mountain, which somehow triggers a massive avalanche, burying the Yeti. However, it is later shown that the creature was not killed. And it's broken out of the snow...

Powers/Abilities: Amazing resiliance.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 4-For once this time, we get a low-budget Syfy film that doesn't completely rely on CGI. Rather, we have a mildly impressive Yeti suit that often looks quite real in the snowy environment. And of course, you combine that the with typical movie ape man savagery, and you have yourself a frightening monster.

Trivia: -While bigfoot has been sighted in Canada, some believe that, considering the setting, it could also be sightings of the Wendigo.

-The snowbeast was played by Gregg Christensen, who was also a zombie in the short, "Zombo: A Documented Incident".
